Although we will not refund any payment for services rendered, even if you are not satisfied with the result, we will strive to ensure that all work product has been completed in the most optimal manner consistent with our understanding of tax law, of the information you have provided, and pursuant to the rules of professional conduct prescribed by our governing bodies. At our option, any dispute may be referred to an outside arbitrator for resolution.
